Hey, we're Jannik & Kevin 👋
After years in the software startup world, we both realised what really drives us: health, in every sense of the word. We grew up with sauna, but we wanted more than sweating alone. We wanted a place where people connect, recover and look out for each other, especially in times like these.
For both of us, sauna and ice baths have had a profound impact on our health. It helped us improve physically and mentally, to become a better version of ourselves day by day. Hytte Munich is our way of giving something back and showing you guys the benefits of Saunagus in community.
